A Note from Sophia

Office Hours:

Private Sessions: In Person, Phone or Skype.

You are encouraged to take advantage of a FREE fifteen-minute exploratory discussion by phone. I offer you this time because assuring that you feel safe and comfortable with both the process and me is my primary concern, which I feel is essential for your greatest success. During this call we can get acquainted, explore your goals and challenges and of course answer your questions.

Please feel free to call at your convenience. If I am available we can chat then. Otherwise we will schedule for soonest available time. If you leave a voice message, please be sure to include the best time of day to contact you, along with your time zone. Thank you, and I welcome the chance to speak with you soon.

Sessions include:

Limited email and phone support.
If you live in the continental U.S. or Canada, the call will be placed to you, so that you incur no long distance fees.
Digital audio recording of session.

Cancellation Policy

My Appointment times are valuable and irreplaceable, so I do have a CANCELLATION POLICY. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session please let me know no less than 24 Hours ahead of time to avoid being billed.

Emergency (Or Same Day) Consults:
For Existing Clients Or Special Exceptions Only

While best efforts will always be made to accommodate your needs, it is not always possible. Thank you for understanding. Fees for these consults are $60 per quarter hour. If possible, you will be served right away. However, time may be required to rearrange existing schedules.

Payment:

Payment can be made with cash, check, or Pay Pal payments. If you have an aversion to working directly through Pay Pal, I am equipped with a virtual terminal, enabling me to take Credit or Debit Cards over the phone. Payment is due prior to your phone session. If you are paying by check for a phone session, please be sure to mail your check to: P O Box 154, Parrish, FL 34219 early enough to be sure it will arrive prior to scheduled sessions. If you schedule an in person session, you are welcome to bring a check, cash, or make payment with your credit or debit card when you arrive. If you plan to make payment via Pay Pal, please do so before you arrive. Thank you!

Phone or Skype Sessions:

The majority of my client work is done by phone or Skype. Please feel confident in knowing that the effectiveness of EFT should not be impaired. My clients continue to enjoy great success working this way, as they have many years. So relax, put your feet up, save the wear and tear on yourself and your vehicle, along with the time and expense of travel.

Not familiar with Skype? It is a wonderful FREE download available through the internet that will allow us to see each other as we work. It does require that your computer either has a built in camera or has an external camera. To learn more about Skype: (click here)

If possible, use a headset/ear phones or a speakerphone for your session. If this isn't possible, don't be concerned, as I will be tapping as surrogate for you, as I guide you through the process. Hydration is important for your greatest success. Remember, the majority of your body is comprised of water! It is strongly recommended that you have drinking water available during your session. It can and will enhance results if you have at least a few sips between rounds. Having paper & pen at hand is a great idea, allowing you to make notes beneficial for "homework".
