Sophia Cayer has been a dedicated EFT Coach/Teacher for more than 9 years and has been helping people resolve issues and achieve their personal goals for more than 18 years. In addition to the power of EFT, Sophia credits much of the success her clients and students enjoy to her innate intuitive ability. She has been a Reiki Master and ordained minister with the Universal Life Church since 1996.


In March of 2008, Sophia was one of the 5 experts who joined Gary Craig in California for a week long Intensive with veterans suffering with PTSD. Trauma work has long been a focus for Sophia, and her desire to assist veterans and their families led her to the creation of the Personal Peace Foundation. While the Foundation is in its infancy, it is growing and developing programs, how-to materials and manuals and will soon be offering intensive trainings. While Sophia is passionate about her one-on-one work, she is equally or more so enthusiastic about teaching. Sophia has presented to many psychologists, counselors and teachers, as well as the general public. She also offers 'custom designed' workshops on everything from Pain Management to EFT & The Law of Attraction, as well as Intensives. Many are done by special request.


You can also find Sophia volunteering her time and skills for worthy causes. She is working with the Soul Medicine Institute on research projects, offering free assistance to veterans.
