Sophia Cayer has been a dedicated full-time EFT Coach/Teacher specializing in the area of abuse and trauma for more than 11 years and has been helping people resolve issues and achieve their personal goals for more than 20 years. Sophia is one of only 29 people globally to attain the designation of EFT Master given by Gary Caig, Creator and Founder of EFT, as the direct result of her studies and testing with Gary. In addition to the power of EFT, Sophia credits much of the success her clients and students enjoy to her innate intuitive ability. She has been a Reiki Master and ordained minister with the Universal Life Church since 1996.


In March of 2008, Sophia was one of the 5 experts who joined Gary Craig in California for a week long Intensive with veterans and family members suffering with PTSD. The resulting documentary, Produced by Eric Huurre: "Operation: Emotional Freedom" was released the summer of 2010. Sophia is extensively featured in the DVD training set: "PTSD & Trauma", made in conjunction with the film. She remains in close contact with several who were there and continues to offer ongoing support as the need arises.

Trauma work has long been a focus for Sophia, and her desire to assist veterans and their families led her to the creation of the Personal Peace Foundation. While Sophia is passionate about her one-on-one work, she is equally enthusiastic about teaching. Sophia has presented to many psychologists, counselors and teachers, as well as various medical professionals, aspriring EFT practitioners and professionals, and the general public.
