Were You Born With It?

However, if you think you have no choice but to accept it, and/or believe it to be insurmountable, it is time to rethink things.

Whether it is anger, chronic anxiety, sadness, fears or something else, know there is a reason and you can set yourself free!

Even if you’ve tried everything you can think of, possibly including EFT and made minimal or no progress, chances are the most effective approach is something that may have never come to mind.

If you haven’t considered what took place in the womb or during the process of your birth, and early months you don’t recall, you may have missed key issues/aspects that deserve attention.

It does not matter if you have no idea what took place during those time periods.  Your body and mind remember. 

Skeptical? Well, it isn’t just a “cockamamie theory”.  Studies have proven that what takes place in the womb definitely matters. In addition to a primary emotional issue(s), among other things, it can impact the way you feel about yourself and view the world. 

While an example is given below to help you get started, please understand that navigating the pieces of these particular matters can be emotionally difficult, but please don’t give up.  Having the guidance of an intuitive, well-seasoned EFT professional can make a world of difference in accomplishing your goals.

Tapping Example: Set up:         Even though all those loud unsettling noises have this unborn child feeling anxious,

I am loving and comforting (her/him), assuring (her/him), you are now safe and protected.

Sequence: TH: Those loud noises.         EB: What is that?!         OE: Startled from sleep         UE: Feeling anxious         UN: Can’t escape it         CH: Why won’t it stop?         CB: Feeling more and more anxious         UA: Did I make this happen?         IW: Restless and frightened TH: Trapped - No way to escape.         EB:  I can’t make it stop!         OE: Why is this happening?         UE: Did I make this happen?         UN: Feeling so anxious         CH: Why won’t it stop!          CB:  All those loud noises.         UA: I would like to trust,           IW: I am safe and protected.
